Kaiser was a robotic dog - a blitzhund - that belonged to Eve Carpenter.

Though being described as a robot, Kaiser is technically a cyborg while his only organic part is a chunk of cloned Rottweiler brain and six inches of spinal cord plugged into an armored combat chassis. He’d looked almost real once, but his fur had started wearing off, so Eve had stripped him to the metal and spray-painted him with an urban-camo color scheme instead. He is described to look skeletal, all plasteel plates and hydraulics.
